Continuing its drive against the Drug peddlers and its propagators, Awantipora Police arrested drug peddler from Pampore area .
During naka Checking at literbal Pampore near gas plant ,Police party of Police Station Pampore under the supervision of SDPO Pampore arrested 02 drug peddlers identified as :
1. Tariq Ahmad Mir S/o Abdul Salam R/o Tulbagh Pampore.
2. Javid Ahmad Dar S/o Mohd Akram Dar R/o Lalpora Chatlam.
The arrested persons were moving in a suspicious circumstances and during search 840 grams of grinded Cannabis like substance was recovered from their possession .
Case FIR No. 3/2025 under relevant section of NDPS Act stands registered in Police Station Pampore.
