J&K Employees Urged To Submit Property Returns By Jan 31, 2025

Jammu and Kashmir Government has mandated all public servants to submit their annual property returns through the PRS portal by January 31, 2025, in accordance with the J&K Public Servants Declaration of Assets Act, 1983. The online portal, accessible at https://prs.jk.gov.in, will open for submissions from January 1, 2025, and automatically close on the deadline.

As per an order, non-compliance may attract penalties under the Prevention of Corruption Act, including denial of vigilance clearance. Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) have been directed to ensure all employees are registered and submit their returns on timeJammu local businesses
