ADC Kupwara Rouf Rahman wished the public on the blessed eve of Shab-e-Qadr.

He hoped that the night would prove to be an epitome of bliss and benediction for all, particularly the citizens of Kupwara. In a message, he appealed to people to make maximum use of the divine grace of this blessed night.

“As we glance around today on this sacred night, we should also reflect on those who are not as privileged,” Rouf said. “All this month, but particularly tonight, is an opportunity to bind ourselves closer with Almighty Allah. We should not let the opportunity slip away and should try our best to appease Him.”
