There is shortage of IAS Officers in JKUT, so many top posts are being held with double charge by IAS Officers since long by which public is not getting justice for their genuine works due to over burden on some officers.
However, some IAS Officers have joined JKUT butnot been assigned charge of any of the department & today again one senior most officer is likely to join JKUT.
Sources told Cross Town News that shifting likely top happen soon in Jammu and Kahsmir.
