Jagmohan Singh Raina condemned innocents killing of civilian Deepu from Udhampur in south Kashmir and termed it ‘barbaric’.
Raina termed the killing as barbaric and offered his condolence to bereaved familie in this time of grief.
Raina urged police to investigate the case and nab the culprits behind the attack.
