In a significant administrative move, Manoj Sinha, the Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) in Rajouri, has officially appointed Prof Jawaid Igbal as the new Vice Chancellor for a term of three years.
Prof Igbal, who is currently a professor in the Department of West Asian and North African Studies at Aligarh Muslim University, will assume his role upon taking charge, with specific terms and conditions to be communicated separately.
