Army visits homes of Kargil martyrs, pays tribute in Poonch & Mendhar

On 26th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Indian Army visited the homes of brave soldiers who were martyred in the Kargil War.

Army soldiers informed the family members of the martyrs and other citizens about the unmatched courage and supreme sacrifice made by fallen heroes of India.

The Army also presented commemorative mementos to the families of martyrs expressing their heartfelt emotions.

In a handout the Army stated that families of our brave martyrs are not alone as the entire Indian Army stands firmly with them always.

Indian Army visited the home of Shaheed Lance Naik Youghal Kishore & Shaheed Rifle Man Manzoor Hussain in Poonch & Mendhar area of Poonch district and honoured his family with a commemorative token of respect.
