The Jammu and Kashmir Transport Department has confirmed the suspension of Abrar Ahmad Kraipak, Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Doda, for alleged dereliction of duty.
Acting on an earlier order issued by the Deputy Commissioner Doda on June 10, the department has directed that Kraipak will remain attached to the office of the Transport Commissioner, J&K, until further orders.
