The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned Bhupinder Kumar, IAS, additional charge of Resident Commissioner in New Delhi and Administrative Secretary of the Hospitality and Protocol Department, in addition to his current roles as Secretary of the R&B Department and Director, Citizen Registration, for J&K and Ladakh.
