Srinagar : Advocate Sajid Yousuf Shah who heads the BJP Media Department in Kashmir Valley has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, wishing them well-being and prosperity.
In his message of felicitation, Sajid Yousuf reminded the people about the essence of the festival, especially remembering the poor and needy and sharing happiness with them.
He said the spirit behind observance of Eid-ul-Fitr, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadhan, is to express our gratitude to the Almighty Allah for giving us courage to observe fasts and rededicate ourselves to truthfulness, sincerity, self-control, patience and piety, thus showing complete obedience to Allah.
Shah, expressed the hope that this auspicious occasion will strengthen the bonds of communal harmony and bring peace, prosperity and well-being to the State and the people all over the world. “People of J&K have time and again demonstrated their strong belief in mutual co-existence, which is the essence of the state’s unique multiculturalism and we would continue to uphold those unique values,” he said.
