Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, 28 January 2025: In a statement on social media, Sajid Yousuf Shah, BJP Media Incharge Kashmir, has called for the regularization and better compensation for vocational trainers in Jammu and Kashmir. Shah expressed his concerns over the challenges faced by vocational trainers in the region, citing issues such as low pay and job insecurity despite their dedicated service.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Shah urged the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, and Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, to intervene and address these pressing issues. He emphasized that vocational trainers have been working tirelessly to equip the youth of the region with essential skills but are being denied fair compensation and job stability.
Shah wrote:
“Vocational trainers in J&K have served tirelessly but face low pay and job insecurity. They deserve fair compensation and stability. I urge Sh. @manojsinha_ & Sh. @OmarAbdullah Ji to address this issue and take immediate action.
