Centre Extends Deputation Tenure Of Two IRS Officers In J&K

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the continuation of deputation tenures of two IRS (IT:2014) officers in Jammu and Kashmir.

As per an order, Raja Yaqoob Farooq will now continue his services in the Union Territory till November 10, 2025, while Bashir Ahmad Bhat’s deputation has been extended up to April 7, 2026.
