The famous ski-resort of Gulmarg is also feeling the cold, with temperatures dropping to minus 2.8 degrees Celsius. Kupwara is at minus 1.0 degree Celsius, and in Kokernag, the mercury has settled at a chilly minus 3.6 degrees Celsius.
