Kupwara : The Deputy Commissioner(DC) Kupwara Ms.Ayushi Sudan IAS today extended her warm greetings to the people on holy occasion of Mahanavami and Dusshera and prayed that the blessings of lord Rama bring happiness,peace and development in the region. She said that the occasion marks the victory of good over evil.
In her message, Sudan prayed for peace, prosperity and development in Jammu and Kashmir.
