According to an order in this regard, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Lolab has been tasked with ensuring immediate action.

A dedicated committee will be formed to conduct physical inspections of key water bodies, including Sarbands, Dehgam Khul, Springs, and other Khuls and Nallahs, which are crucial sources of irrigation and drinking water, reads the order.
