In a proactive move towards fostering transparency and addressing the concerns of the public, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Kupwara has announced dedicated hours for open grievance hearings every Monday and Thursday.
DC will be available at the District Headquarters from 11 AM to 1 PM to personally listen to and address the grievances of the public. This initiative aims to provide a direct channel for residents to voice their concerns and seek prompt resolutions.
This decision comes as part of the DC’s commitment to ensuring accessible and responsive governance. By designating specific hours twice a week, the administration aims to streamline the grievance redressal process and facilitate direct communication between the public and the district administration.
