Srinagar : Director General of Police R R Swain on Wednesday expressed full support for sports and tourism initiatives in Kashmir.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony of Marathon logo, DGP said that on an occasion like this, where the spirit of sports through marathon is being blended with tourism and also the spirit of Kashmir, hosting people is something which inspires al including him.
“I would say that personally and all colleagues of mine in J&K Police are wholeheartedly supportive of such ventures. We would always stand by such events, such efforts, where youth, business, peace, and prosperity are combined together for the good of all,” he added.
