The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri on Tuesday extended his warm greets to the people on the occasion of Mela Mata Kheer Bhawani and Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Mir Syed Ali Hamdani also revered as Shah-e-Hamdaan (RA).

In his message, Div Com highlighted the significance of celebration of these spiritually enlightening occasions and prayed for peace, prosperity and communal harmony  in the region.
