Er. Ishfaq Mohammad Beigh has officially assumed the additional charge as Superintending Engineer (SE), Circle Kupwara. His arrival at the Kupwara office was marked by a warm and cordial welcome extended by officials of the Roads and Buildings (R&B) Department.
The welcome function was attended by all Executive Engineers of District Kupwara, along with their Assistant Executive Engineers, Junior Engineers, and other departmental staff. Several prominent contractors from across the district were also present, expressing their appreciation and extending their best wishes to Er. Beigh.
Following the reception, SE Kupwara convened an introductory meeting with all Executive Engineers of the district. The meeting provided an opportunity to review ongoing projects, outline operational priorities, and discuss a shared vision for the future of infrastructure development in the region.
