A 27-year-old woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances at her in-laws’ home in the Tangwari area of Kralpora, Kupwara, during the intervening night, prompting allegations of murder from her family.
According to reports, the woman, a resident of Tangwari Lone Harri Kralpora, passed away under circumstances that have raised suspicions. Her family has claimed that she was murdered, citing ongoing tensions in her marital home.
Following the allegations, police have registered an FIR (No. 4/2025) at Police Station Kralpora and launched an investigation to ascertain the cause of death. The body has been sent to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kralpora for medico-legal formalities.
