A fire incident occurred today in Banday Mohalla, Handwara, which resulted in the complete destruction of a tin shed. Upon receiving the alert, the Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) Handwara swiftly mobilized to the scene, supported by the JK Police team led by SHO Handwara, Sofi Vilayat.

Their prompt and coordinated response ensured that the fire was brought under control, preventing it from spreading to nearby structures and causing further damage. The quick action of the authorities minimized losses and safeguarded the lives and properties of the residents.
