In pursuance to the instructions communicated by the UT Govt. from time to time and to make Kupwara Town Garbage free & litter free all the shopkeepers/establishments doing their business in Kupwara Town by means of this Notice are directed to use dustbins in their respective business units/shops within seven days, so that the market area will be free rom waste, any shopkeeper found without dustbins will be fined under Solid Waste Management Act, 2016.
