As a resident of Sub Division Uri, I find myself deeply moved and overwhelmed by the unwavering support and timely intervention shown during the recent cross border shelling. What we experienced was not just an administrative response it was a profound display of compassion, unity, and collective responsibility.
I wish to extend my heartfelt and special gratitude to the entire Civil Administration for standing with us in our hour of need. Special thanks go to Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, DIG Baramulla, SSP Baramulla, Principal GDC Boniyar, SDM Uri, ARTO Baramulla, CEO Baramulla, Tehsildar Boniyar, Tehsildar Uri, BDO Boniyar, Principal HSS Boniyar, Zonal Education Officer Boniyar, Naib Tehsildar Boniyar, SHO Police Station Boniyar, and TSO Boniyar. Your presence and efforts on the ground brought a sense of safety and comfort to our distressed hearts.

I would especially like to acknowledge and appreciate the extraordinary work culture, volunteer spirit, and dedication of certain individuals at the Evacuation Centre at GDC Boniyar. Their selfless service, round the clock presence, and compassionate care became a symbol of hope and resilience.
