IED Found, Destroyed in Kupwara

A joint team of security forces on Sunday recovered, and subsequently destroyed an Improvised-Explosive-Device in north Kashmir’s Kupwara.

Claiming to have averted a terror incident, the security forces said to have destroyed the IED in Narikut forest area.

“OP NARIKUT, Kupwara #ChinarWarriors and @BSF_Kashmir averted a terror incident today by recovering and destroying an IED in general area Narikut Forest, Kupwara,” the Chinar Corps wrote in an X post, as per news agency Kashmir Bulletin. (KB)
