Dr. A.H. Rizvi, Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar, urged aspiring learners to make the most of this opportunity to join India’s premier open learning institution. “IGNOU continues to expand access to quality education across remote and underserved regions. We encourage all prospective students to apply well before the deadline,” he said.

He also issued a word of caution against fraudsters. “Students must remain vigilant and avoid sharing personal or financial information through WhatsApp, QR codes, or any unofficial communication. IGNOU accepts applications and fee payments only through its official website,” he emphasized.
