Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Zone, V.K Birdi, has extended heartfelt greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on eve of Holi.
Birdi wished the people including the J&K Police martyrs’ families.
“May this festival of colors fill your lives with joy, harmony, and prosperity,” read a brief greeting message by the top police officer.
