India moving towards Viksit Bharat mission by 2047: Arun Gupta

India is increasingly moving towards becoming Viksit Bharat by 2047. With the Citizen centric budget 2025, Modi government has taken another step to achieve the mission, stated Arun Gupta.

Arun Gupta, spokesperson, J&K BJP accompanied by Rajni Sethi, spokesperson and Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Media Secretary, was addressing media persons in a press conference at BJP headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Arun Gupta, while addressing the media persons, said that the citizen centric budget of 2025 has focused on Agriculture, MSME, Investment and exports to empower citizens by creating lot of resources in the country benefiting all segments of society. Middle class will get a relief with improvement in ease of living.
Arun Gupta mentioned that it shall benefit 1.7 crore farmers-PM Dhan Dhanaya Krishi Yojana. In Pulses, Tur, Urad, Masoor are targeted. He said that the Fish farming and cattle feed farming is also covered. The KCC Loan upto 5 lakh will be provided. MSME credit is to be enhanced from 5 crore to 10 crore to make it easy for small entrepreneurs to grow. He said that with this budget, Leather industries, Textile industries, Toys industries will get boost.
Gupta said that Capital expenditure increased from 2,00,000 crore in 2014 to 10,20,000 in 2025. He said that new Medical Colleges, Nursing Colleges, and all related infrastructure will be enhanced. Day Care Centre for Cancer to be developed. More than 36 life-saving Drugs have been exempted from custom duty.
Arun Gupta mentioned that the Disposable income in the hands of citizens has increased substantially from 7 lakh to 12.75 lakh benefiting more than 1 crore citizens. He said that the life of marginalized society is to be made self-sustainable. Budget focuses to create skill-oriented youth. Clean energy by nuclear 100 GW generation.
Gupta said that Centre for excellence for AI will be given priority. Focus on making chips to boost digital sector. He also said that the new income tax act will make its implementation easier. All these all steps will help the nation in the long run to achieve the aim of Viksit Bharat, he said.
Rajni Sethi lauded PM Narendra Modi and FM Nirmala Sitaraman in promoting the vision to empower women through Budget 2025. She said that the nation can achieve the aim of Viksit Bharat by empowering the women. She said that the focus of Budget 2025 is on Garib, Yuva, Nari and Anndata. She mentioned that schemes like Anganwadi Centers, Poshan 2.0 to be strengthened. She also mentioned the schemes like mission Shakti, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, One-stop Centre, term loan and Skill building.
