Jammu-Srinagar highway closed for traffic, Mughal road open

The Jammu and Kashmir highway was closed for traffic while Mughal road was open, officials said on Monday.

In an update, traffic police said in a tweet:”NH-44 closed. However, traffic plying on Mughal road & SSG road. People are advised to follow lane discipline”.

A portion of road between T3 and T5 on Srinagar Jammu highway caved-in on Saturday after heavy rains prompting the closure of the road.
