Jammu and Kashmir Government accorded sanction to Voluntary retirement of JKAS Officer  Dr Bharat Bhushan , Director Social Welfare Jammu.

Sources told Cross Town News that Dr Bhushan likely to join BJP and contest from BJP ticket from Kathua Assembly seat, which is resrved for ” SC”.
