On the auspicious occasion of Shabi-e-Qadir, the Coordination Members of the Kashmir Jurists Bar Association (KJBA) extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of Kashmir, especially the legal fraternity, and the wider Muslim community. Shabi-e-Qadir, considered one of the holiest nights in the Islamic calendar, marks the night when the Qur’an was revealed, and is believed to bring peak divine mercy and blessings from Allah.
In their message, the members of KJBA highlighted the significance of this blessed night as an opportunity for spiritual growth, self-reflection, and strengthening one’s faith. They encouraged everyone to take advantage of the occasion to engage in prayers, seek forgiveness, and pray for peace and blessings for themselves, their loved ones, and the broader community.
The members also underscored the values of compassion, justice, and unity, which are core tenets of Islam, urging individuals to reflect on these principles. They stressed the importance of these values in fostering harmony and maintaining peace within society. Furthermore, they reminded the legal community of their pivotal role in upholding justice and fairness in the pursuit of a just and prosperous society.
“Shabi-e-Qadir serves as a powerful reminder for all of us to strengthen our relationship with the Almighty, to reflect on our actions, and to seek His guidance in all aspects of our lives. Let this sacred occasion inspire us to promote justice, truth, and equity, both in our professional conduct and personal lives,” the members stated.
The KJBA also called for continued collective efforts towards the betterment of society, emphasizing unity, brotherhood, and mutual respect among all communities. This, they believe, is key to ensuring peace and prosperity in the region.
In their prayers, the members wished for the prosperity and well-being of all the people of Kashmir, calling for lasting peace in the region and divine mercy upon the legal community as they strive to uphold justice.
On this sacred night, the Coordination Team of KJBA also urged the people of Kashmir to remember the less fortunate and engage in acts of charity. They emphasized the importance of offering prayers for the well-being of those in need, highlighting that charitable actions bring hope and relief to those struggling within the community.
The Kashmir Jurists Bar Association remains committed to promoting justice, unity, and peace within the region, and prays for the blessings of Shabi-e-Qadir to bring prosperity and goodwill to all.
