Srinagar, May 17: In a heartwarming gesture that highlights the spirit of football beyond the pitch, Kerala Blasters FC midfielder Danish Farooq Bhat visited Old City United, where he personally distributed jerseys to the local club’s players.
The event witnessed a warm reception from Old City United’s management and coaching staff. Head Coach Bilal Ahmad, Manager Zahoor Mir, and members of the management team—Mohamad Ashraf, Imran, and Mohammad Altaf—expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Danish for his support and encouragement.
Following the jersey distribution, Danish Farooq took time to speak with the players, sharing insights from his professional journey and motivating the young talents to remain focused and committed to the game.
