Srinagar : Renowned Social Activist, Chairman Voice of Youth Khubaib Mir called on the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to discuss various developmental projects aimed at improving the infrastructure and services in District Srinagar, along with Zaid Malik, Jt Sect, Voice of Youth.
During the meeting, Khubaib Mir stressed how much Downtown Srinagar needs new fire stations. Fires have been happening more often there in recent years. The new fire stations would help firefighters get to fires faster and do a better job making people who live there safer.
In Addition, Khubaib Mir also suggested building a new health center in Peerbagh. This center would give basic health care to people nearby making it easier for them to see doctors and stay healthy.
Furthermore, the discussion included a proposal for the development of a community park in Peerbagh. This park aims to offer a recreational space for families and individuals, promoting a healthier lifestyle and fostering community engagement.
The Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor appreciated the initiatives and assured support for the proposals, recognizing their potential to significantly enhance the quality of life in Srinagar.
