Kupwara : In a swift action Police team from PP Kalaroose have recovered a missing 19-year-old woman, a resident of Nagsari Kalaroos. The woman had been reported missing by her father on October 13, 2024, after she disappeared on 12th ,October 2024.
Upon receiving the complaint, the missing report was promptly entered into the daily diary of the PP Kalaroose and a thorough search was initiated. During the investigation, it was revealed that the woman had been kidnapped by one Fazal u Rehman War, son of Abdul Haq War, a resident of Doniwari Dangiwah, Rafiabad.
Following prompt action by Kupwara Police, the woman was recovered from the possession of the accused, who was immediately arrested. An FIR No. 245/2024 has been registered in Police Station Kupwara, and further investigation is underway.
