The School Education Department (SED) has suspended a lecturer over allegations of illegal appointment, pending further investigation into the matter.
According to an order copy which lies with TRK News reads, pending enquiry into his conduct, Mr. Arif Mohammad Khan, Lecturer Environmental Science, HSS Tarhama, Baramulla is hereby placed under suspension in terms of Rule 31(1) of the Jammu and Kashmir, Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956 with immediate effect. During the period of suspension, the said Lecturer shall remain attached in the office.
