The meteorological department on Wednesday forecasts light to moderate rain and snowfall over the middle and higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh on the 9th and 10th of the month.
Following the brief spell of rain and snow, both Union Territories can expect fair to partly cloudy skies and dry weather conditions from the 11th to the 17th of the month.
