Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday met with a delegation from the Board of Directors of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, led by Ambassador Ivo H. Daalder, CEO of the Council and former U.S. Ambassador to NATO.
Later, the delegation met the Indian defence secretary.
