In a recent court ruling, a 25-year-old man has been sentenced to life imprisonment for his involvement in a murder case dating back to 2017.
The decision was made by an additional district judge on Tuesday, who also imposed a fine of Rs 60,000 on the convicted individual, Shubham Tiwari. Tiwari was found guilty of the murder of Sandeep Kapoor in the Dadabari area. Additional Public Prosecutor Narendra Malav confirmed this verdict on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that the court acquitted another individual, Krishan Murari, of all charges. Tiwari, back on October 24, 2017, had fatally assaulted Kapoor with a knife, resulting in his tragic demise.
