No plans for early summer break: DSEK

DSEK issues guidelines for reopening of schools after winter break

Amid speculation about early summer break, Director of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) G N Itoo Tuesday said that there is no plan of early vacations.

Speaking to the reporters, Itoo said that there’s no such plan as of now. “The weather has remained pleasant over the last few days, so we have only modified school timings accordingly.”

He further stated that the department is closely monitoring the weather situation and any decision regarding summer vacations will be taken after a thorough review, if and when needed—(KNO)
