North Kashmir: Encounter Breaks Out In Sopore

Srinagar : Gunfight breaks between terrorists and security forces in Nowpora area of North Kashmir’s Sopore.

Reports reaching that a joint team of Police and army launched a cordon and search operation in Nowpora.

As the joint team of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding terrorists fired upon the forces, triggering off a gunfight.

A senior police officer also confirmed to about exchange of firing between terrorists  and security forces.(GNS)
