Notaries Asked To Submit Annual Returns For 2024

The Department of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, J&K, has directed all enrolled notaries to submit their annual returns for 2024 in Form XIV under Rule 14 of the Notaries Rules, 1956.

As per a circular issued by the Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Department, the returns must be filed within the first week of January each year.

Defaulters are given a seven-day grace period to send their returns to [email protected], failing which appropriate action will be taken under the rules.
