This dedicated facility, maintained over the traing courses provide to facilitate the enhanced study opportunities and appropriate chance for the youth of Loc and border dwellers who often went to face untimely and unexpected challenges in accessing,improving and covering quality and inteligence Learning Resources as whole. This is so valuable and much important dedicational and staunch stance which is knowingly created by the great Indian Army for the border dwellers or those who are staying living at Loc, especially in Nowshera.
Here it is being mentioned to the readers, viewers that the Usman Community Learning Centre (UCLC) has characteristics a Modern and fully equiped Library and fine reading rooms have been designed and arranged with Contemporary Aesthetics and a Curated Collection of hundreds of books to inspire young minds and job seekers at an ease point. Moreover, the centre includes the study facility of an Audio-Visual Room and applied the other modern techniques equipped with Internet facilitate seamless video maping and grouping ,lecturing motivating and access to online educational content and fine material such as notes,exercise books. Additionally , the Integral to the facility are professional Career Counselling Services (CCC) being set and have decided at the guiding local youth in their professional jobs journeys,tours and chosen fields as they or learner required. One Shop is also set where the learner may buy the items of food providing.
This new type of Idea Hub or Centre is an upgrade to the Usman Memorial, which honours and respect the valiant actions,styles and sacrifices of the great Indian Army soldiers,officers and local residents during the 1947-48 War, under the comand of Brigadier Mohammad Usman, Mahaveer Chakra.
