The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday seized a Pakistani flag attached with a balloon in the Payala area of Ramnagar tehsil of Udhampur district of the Jammu division.
People were in a state of panic once they were aware of this incident.
The police arrived at the scene and seized the flag and balloon
The Ramnagar police have taken possession of the flag and balloon and are conducting further investigations.
