Ganderbal : Constituency in charge for Ganderbal and vice chairperson district development council (DDC) Sheikh Bilal has quit Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Bilal confirmed to news agency that he has resigned from the party, but didn’t cite any specific reason.
