PDP senior leader and District President Baramulla Mohd Rafique Rather has congratulated Muslim Ummah on the auspicious occassion of Shab e Qader. In his message Rafique Rather said that
“On this blessed night we bow in humility and gratitude before the Almighty Allah, seeking His mercy, guidance, and blessings. This is the night of power, a night greater than a thousand months, when prayers are accepted, destinies are shaped, and hearts are purified”
Rather further added that “As we engage in worship and reflection, let us also remember our responsibilities towards our fellow citizens. He prayed that the sacred night inspire all of us to work for justice, peace, and prosperity for all and for the upliftment of the less fortunate, and the unity of our people.
