Police files chargesheet in 10-year-old bank fraud case in Baramulla

J&K Police on Thursday successfully filed a chargesheet at Police Station Boniyar in a 10 year old case (FIR No. 03/2016) under Section 420 RPC in court, marking the culmination of a decade-long legal pursuit.

This breakthrough was achieved due to the relentless efforts of a dedicated police team deputed to Jharkhand, who worked tirelessly to apprehend the accused Manoj Das resident of Deoghar, Jharkhand.

He was involved in an online bank fraud case amounting to ₹90,000 in 2016. The team ensured his production before the court, demonstrating exceptional dedication and commitment to duty.
