Kashmir : Ab Wahid Qureshi, former Vice Chancellor of Kashmir University and Central University of Kashmir, passed away today at his residence in Kandi Karnah.
Qureshi was known for his significant contributions to academia and higher education in the region.
His leadership and work in the educational sector have left a lasting impact.
The civil society and media fraternity have extended their condolences to the bereaved family. His funeral prayers (Namaz-e-Janaza) will be held at his residence at 4:30 pm today.(KNS).
