Returning Officer (RO) for Assembly Constituency Lolab announced the commencement of the notification process for the third phase of elections.
An election is to be held of member to the Legislative Assembly of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in the 04- Lolab Assembly Constituency.
Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposers to the Returning Officer 04-Lolab (SDM Lolab) at SDM Office Lolab Sogam or or to the Assistant Returning Officer 04-Lolab (Tehsildar Lolab Sogam) at Tehsil Office Lolab Sogam between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on any day (other than public holiday) not later than the 12-09- 2024(Thursday).
Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid, (3 (4) The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at office of Returning officer 04- Lolab (SDM Lolab) on 13th September-2024(Friday) at 11 AM (5) Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it either Sogam Tehsil 2024(Tuesday); of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at Office Lalab Sogam before 3:00pm SDM Office Lolab or before 17th September (6) In the event of the election being contested the poll will be taken on 1st October, 2024 (Tuesday) between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6.00 P.M.
