Significant Changes in Legislative Seats: Jammu increases from 37 to 43, Kashmir from 46 to 47, and 24 reserved seats in PoK reaffirming territorial integration.

In a significant move towards fostering inclusive governance, the number of legislative seats in Jammu and Kashmir has been expanded. Previously comprising 37 seats, Jammu now boasts 43 seats, aiming to enhance representation and address the diverse needs of the region.

Similarly, in Kashmir, the seat count has increased from 46 to 47, reflecting a commitment to ensuring a more comprehensive representation of the local populace. Notably, in PoK, 24 seats have been reserved since PoK is ours. (TRK News)
