NEW DELHI: (Apr 8) Silver prices on Tuesday jumped Rs 707 to Rs 88,955 per kilogram in futures trade as participants increased their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for May delivery rose Rs 707 or 0.8 per cent to Rs 88,955 per kg in a business turnover of 23,351 lots.
Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in silver prices, analysts said. PTI
