SSP Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS conducted an inspection of the Monday parade at District Police Lines (DPL) Ganderbal. During the inspection, he reviewed the functioning of various units and assessed the overall preparedness and discipline of the Police Personnel.
SSP Ganderbal inspected the parade, taking note of the drill, turnout, and overall performance of the Jawans. He also reviewed the functioning of different units, providing guidance and directions to enhance their operational efficiency.
He also visited Police Martyrs Gallary and paid rich tribute to J&K Police Martyrs. He stressed upon the supervisory officers and technical staff to work with more dedication in providing necessary services to the police personnel and the department.
Referring to the different welfare measures, SSP Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS said that the benefits of the welfare measures must reach to subordinates. He exhorted upon the officers to seek feedback from the subordinate Police personnel and take the necessary steps to upgrade the working conditions for achieving better results.
